Laura Christ, Chief Executive Officer

Laura is a skilled management analyst providing facilitation, conflict resolution, and organization and strategy consulting to a variety of organizational clients. She specializes in team management and facilitation and the analysis of team processes and function. Her facilitation, project management, and program management skills have led to the successful resolution of contentious issues and the improvement of team dynamics, efficiency and effectiveness. She has provided consulting services related to organizational redesign, change management projects, and business improvement plans. She works collaboratively with all clients to define key objectives, identify success factors, comprehend constraints, and manage complex strategic plans and process transformation. She is a process improvement specialist, Lean Six Sigma certified Master Black Belt and holds an MBA with a concentration in Organizational Communications.

Leigh-Ann Fabianke, President

Leigh-Ann is a communications specialist who views stakeholder engagement as a complex understanding of relationships and communication processes.  She develops strategy to enhance conversations between the public and decision-makers and serves as a participatory planner, workshop and process designer, and facilitator.  Bridging online and face-to-face communication methods, Leigh-Ann involves those who are interested, and generates interest in those not yet involved in the public involvement process.  She facilitates open channels of communication with all stakeholders while also creating outreach materials, developing project websites, managing social media and traditional media interactions, and planning and executing public meeting support.  As a certified Project Management Professional (PMP), she understands the importance of maintaining constant and consistent communications throughout the project process.  Leigh-Ann is certified by the International Association for Public Participation and holds a master's degree in public administration.

Tim Sueltenfuss, Vice President

Tim has over 20 years of experience as a meeting facilitator, conflict resolution specialist, and public involvement consultant.  He leverages his background in conflict resolution to achieve consensus among numerous stakeholders concerning complex, high-profile public policy issues in Texas and throughout the country.  Mr. Sueltenfuss facilitates numerous environmental restoration and construction partnering teams and a variety of public and interagency meetings and conferences.  Most recently, he has led public engagement efforts for a contentious and highly emotional revision of rules concerning ornamentation of burial spaces at City of Austin municipal cemeteries.  He holds a Master’s Degree in Conflict Analysis and Resolution and Certifications in Facilitation, Business Strategy and Organizational Change and Development.
